What is The Navigators? *

The Navigators exists to develop and equip the next generation of servant leaders by teaching youth how to lead with humility, integrity, compassion, and responsibility. Through mentorship, service opportunities, and practical life skills, we strive to prepare young people to make a positive impact in their schools, churches, homes, and communities.

In addition to learning everyday life skills such as communication, interviewing, problem-solving, and personal responsibility, our students are challenged to grow in confidence, independence, and character. We believe true leadership begins with a servant’s heart — a willingness to help others, meet needs, and lead by example.

The Navigators also provides a sense of brotherhood and sisterhood for students seeking connection and purpose. We recognize that not every young person finds their place through sports, band, or traditional academic activities, which is why we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where students from all backgrounds and interests feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

At its core, The Navigators is more than a program — it is a community dedicated to raising servant leaders who represent the values of kindness, respect, accountability, and service in every area of their lives. When wearing their vest, Navigators are expected to model those values both inside and outside the walls of the organization.

All paperwork must be completed and given to one of the OSW leaders before any kiddo can participate in The Navigators Activities.
