Our Mission Statement

Our mission statement is See a Need, Meet a Need. Our non-profit organization focuses on the needs of “the least of these” within our community. We want to go outside the walls of the church to ensure that each member of our community feels welcomed, supported, and loved.

The Navigators Club

The Navigators teaches youth the necessary life skills to navigate life, such as changing a tire, increasing communication skills (interviewing for jobs), tying a tie, etc. In addition to these skills, we want to teach our future generations to become leaders with a servant’s heart. We want our youth to become confident in themselves and gain independence to become successful and share kindness and joy with others. The Navigators will also promote a sense of brother and sisterhood; a place to belong. The Navigators will allow all types of kids with different types of interests to be a part of a community that embraces camaraderie and inclusiveness. All that to say, we stand by our values and ask that our Navigators represent those values in all areas of their lives, including school, church, etc.

The Shop Podcast - OSW

Stories from ministry, life, and those already above. To be honest, we really have no idea what we are doing every time we sit down for an episode. Usually, this means the episode is chaotic and hilarious!
